Fence Permit Submittal Requirements

Please see the fence handout for details on submitting a complete fence permit application.

Pre-Construction Meeting

It is required that the general contractor attend a pre-construction meeting BEFORE the permit is issued. You can schedule a meeting by calling the Building Department at (303)335-4584.

If you are acting as the general contractor for multiple properties, you only need to attend one of these pre-construction meetings. This is subject to change if necessary by City staff.
