If you are interested in getting a copy of your home's permit records, fill out a building records request form. It is highly unlikely the city has the original plans for your home, but we will provide everything on file. Some builders have reached out offering the original floor plans for certain neighborhoods (see below).

If you are interested in obtaining a copy of your property's ILC, or zoning information (PUDs, Plats, Zoning Verification Letters, etc.) please fill out a Planning and Zoning Records Request Form.

Centennial 6, Cornerstone, Ridge Top - Centennial 8 Subdivisions

Homeowners in the McStain Subdivisions of Cornerstone (Houses on Larkspur Lane, & Eldorado Lane), Centennial 6 (Houses on Trail Ridge Dr) , and Centennial 8 (Houses on Arapahoe Circle, Honeysuckle Ln, Arapahoe Cir, Sunflower St) - roughly in the south west corner of Via Appia Way and McCaslin Blvd.  

If you live in the areas mentioned above and are interested in obtaining the original floorplans, you can click here to retrieve these. This form is created and overseen by Gebau Inc, who were the original structural engineers for these subdivision developments.
