Laughter Therapy involves a series of movements and breathing exercises coupled with laughter to stimulate the mind and body. It is shown to elevate mood and reduce stress, improve energy levels and promote overall well- being. This class is designed to teach you how to bring joy, laughter, and positivity in to your everyday life.
