Louisville Recreation & Senior Center Fitness Staff will be offering two assessments evaluating Balance, and Coordination & Agility for Older Adults. These 2 assessments will give you information about your agility
and balance which can help you know your risk for a fall.

Registration is for the event, not a specific time. Assessments available between 1:00-3:00pm.
