|All contractors - new or renewal must complete an application and submit the required documents for the contractor type. You may scan and email the documents to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 303-335-4588 or you may mail direct to the City at 749 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027.|
If a contractor is to be employed for your building project, he must be licensed with the City of Louisville and noted on the Building Permit Application.
