When you know what classes you want to take and are ready to register, you just need to log in to the system with your household number and a password that are on file in the Recreation computer database. The system will walk you through the online registration, but if you have questions, contact a customer service representative at the Recreation Center, 303-666-7400 during regular business hours.

How do I begin?
If you currently have a household set up into our database, click on the online registration link above. Input your 10 digit home telephone number and your last name as your password. We strongly encourage to change your user name and password once you have entered the site. This function is located under the “My Account” menu. If you have difficulties with your user name or password, please contact Recreation Center Guest Services at 303-666-7400 during business hours. If you are currently not entered into our database, you may click on the “Having Trouble Signing In/Help” link.
Can I change my household information online?
In order to maintain the integrity of our database, you are only allowed to change your user name and password login. If you have forgotten your login information, call Guest Services at 303-666-7400 and an email can be sent with that information.
Are there activities I can’t sign up for online?
Most activities are available online. A message will appear on activities that are not available for online registration.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed in a secure environment.
How do I know my registration was successful?
You will receive a confirmation receipt of the transaction. With online registration, City of Louisville Residents Households are given priority to enroll at the beginning of each registration period. All other households may begin registering one week after resident online registration begins.
